1.1 Use of Services These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and participants who use our website, book classes, or attend studio sessions. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
1.2 Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking, Payments & Memberships
All classes, workshops, and memberships must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or Mariana Tek platform. Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Promotional offers and class packs expire as stated at purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing, schedules, instructors, or class offerings at any time.
 
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit or fee. If Circus Pilates cancels a class, affected participants will receive a credit or refund.
 
4. Health & Safety
You acknowledge that participation in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and related classes involves physical activity and inherent risks. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class. Circus Pilates Studio is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation.

5. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be admitted. Phones must be silenced during class. Respect instructors and other participants. Circus Pilates Studio reserves the right to deny entry or terminate memberships for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, and logos on this site are the property of Circus Pilates Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Circus Pilates Studio and its staff are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any class, event, or use of our website.

8. Governing Law
